Time series forecasting of oil production for a client with hundreds of oil wells. Python/SQL/Power BI.
Analyzed school district zones and student populations to redraw zoning maps to efficiently utilize existing schools for the next three years, to defer another $100M bond for a new elementary school.

Developed Python-based tools for optimizing 401(k) portfolios, ensuring better asset allocation, fee reduction, and improved investment strategies, leveraging both software analytics and personalized financial advice.
Developed SEO plan that grew website to 500,000 monthly page views eighteen-months after launch. Analyzed Facebook audiences to optimize ad spend of $50,000/month, resulting in low CPC and 30% profit margins on ad spend.

Sold 20,000 copies of a self-published book about how to start investing.
Developed a comprehensive learning management system and e-commerce website focused on green building and LEED certification, serving eight of the top ten global architecture firms, including CBRE, Gensler, HOK, Perkins+Will, and HDR. Company was sold to a construction firm.

The Match.com of embryo adoption. As a family that had extra embryos from IVF, we needed a way to find them a mom. This matchmaking service has resulted in hundreds of babies being born that might not have otherwise.

Vimeo + YouTube before they existed. Managed a 3-person team that built an online marketplace where content creators could upload and sell their teaching videos. The name was a take on Festivus from Seinfeld – Video for the Rest-Of-Us!
